Ivana Sason is serving as the 2026–2027 California HOSA Region 4 Vice President. She first became involved in Cal-HOSA during eighth grade through a program at her high school. Although she was initially unsure about pursuing healthcare, attending her first State Leadership Conference introduced her to an inspiring community that helped shape her confidence and leadership skills. Through HOSA, Ivana discovered a passion for healthcare while building lasting friendships and valuable experiences. As Region 4 Vice President, she hopes to strengthen connections between members and chapters while creating an inclusive environment where every student feels encouraged to pursue their goals.
