| December 1 | SLC registration opens | Chapter must be in good-standing with all debts paid prior to registering. |
| January 31 | California HOSA affiliation deadline | All chapters (students and advisors) must be officially affiliate in order to register for SLC. |
| February 15 | Affiliation and ALL outstanding debt payment deadline | Chapters will not be allowed to register if there is any previous outstanding debt – SLC not included. |
| February 15 | Patriotic song, Talent Show deadline | Both are submitted online only. |
| February 20 | SLC registration deadline |
Last day to register! Must be completed through hosa.org under the Conference Management link by 6:00 pm. NO REFUNDS after this date! |
| February 22 | Register proctor for all SLC online testing deadline. |
Last day to identify and register SLC Online Proctors. Proctor cannot be chapter advisor or co-advisor; students are NOT allowed to proctor. Proctor emails will be sent within two (2) days. |
| February 28 | ALL California HOSA applications, forms, nominations, scholarships, and TALLO required information. | Scholarships, Competitive Event required documents (see CE Event Guidelines), Special Accommodations, and Eligibility items must be submitted for SLC by this deadline. The date on the CE Guidelines refers to the date for ILC! |
| February 28 | State Officer and Board of Directors application deadline | Submit all required items online at cal-hosa.org |
| March 3 | Hotel reservation deadline | All hotel reservation forms must be submitted as instructed on the form. |
| March 20 | SLC payment submission deadline | Payment must arrive by this deadline. |
| March 28 | Mandatory advisor meeting | ALL chapters must arrive no later than 10:30 am on this opening day of SLC. |
