FLC Checklist

Set chapter deadlines for registration and payment
Promote FLC attendance with key members
Determine budget to attend
Provide students with the necessary FLC information, including cost
Collect student payment before registration deadline
Register at hosa.org using the Conference Management System link by the deadlineClick here for FLC Registration
Download FLC invoice and send to your appropriate finance department
Have chapter officers review agenda and available workshops with attending members

Payment Policy

All Fall Leadership Conference (FLC) payments should be paid in full prior to the day of event. For this event only, payment can arrive no later than thirty days following the FLC of attendance.

There are NO REFUNDS following the posted registration deadline for the specific FLC. If your chapter is a no-show payment is still required.
